Unfortunately, KYC cannot be completed manually. If your KYC is unsuccessful(failed, blacklisted, blocked, or under review), you must submit a ticket to support@rario.com, and we will conduct the verification on your account. Your account will be enabled to resubmit KYC after your verification is complete. 


Note:- Make sure the documents you upload are the originals and the photographs are clear, not blurred and when shooting a selfie, make sure the image or video is of your face and not any other documents.
